Guess Who's Coming to Dinner - The Kinneys and Hogans Get Together

If you've paid careful attention to previous blogs, you saw that Sophia was reading Baby Signs. She finished that and is now reading this book. She wants to be able to give us advice by the time she can talk.
Sid felt that the Greenbelt needed a bit of cleanup today.
Sid's shorts tend to sag a bit as he sits on my shoulders. We didn't zoom in too closely, nobody needs to see that.
Sophia is obviously a nature lover.
Sid goes and goes while on our walks, and when he's done, he asks "upa ikees" (up please) and points to my shoulders. He starts by styling my hair, smacks my head numerous times to get my attention to look at stuff, but usually ends up like this.
Sophia, many times, ends her walks like this.
It's just a cute picture.
Daddy performing the "elephant swing".
Korri set up a sprinkler in the back yard. Sophia loved it. Much of the time she was either watching Sid play, or trying to catch water drops in her mouth. It was harder to get photos of Sid, he just moves too much.

The aforementioned water drop in mouth catching.
This was her looking at Sidota. He truly does fascinate her.
She's getting closer every day. This is her in-between crawl, not on all fours, not walking.
(Korri's brother and family)Josh, Kelli, Bryce and Aidan came over for dinner tonight. It was great. Sidota already new all their names and was excited to see them. He had a great time feeding Aunt Kelli fake yogurt at dinner. The boys and Sophia even played together for a few minutes after, and no one got hurt:)
This pic shows just how much bigger his cousins are than Sid. Aidan is about 25 months old, just to Sid's left, and pretty large. Bryce, about the exact age as Sid, is easily a head taller and much bulkier. You can see Sid has a hand on him to make sure the giant stays at a safe distance (kidding). I think if Sid had been wearing shoes, like his cousins, he'd have looked taller.
